Your first job starts with the right skills.

Your first job starts with the right skills.

Getting your first job is not always easy. A degree gives you a foundation, but employers also look for practical skills, confidence and the ability to work with industry-relevant tools.

First Job Pakka is designed to help bridge that gap — giving you the opportunity to learn, practise and develop skills that can help you take your first step towards a career.

Learn the skills. Build your confidence. Get job ready.

At CADD Centre Chhattarpur, we believe training should lead somewhere.

That's why our focus is not simply on completing a course or collecting a certificate. It's about helping you develop skills you can use, projects you can show and confidence you can take into the workplace.

Technical skills. Practical experience. Career readiness.

All working towards one goal — your first step into the world of work.

Learn by doing.

The best way to understand a design tool is to use it.

With hands-on training, you get the opportunity to work through practical exercises and projects with guidance from our trainers. You can ask questions, make mistakes, try again and improve — because that's how real skills are built.

Learn it. Practise it. Build with it.

Build something you can show.

Your certificate tells an employer that you completed a course.

Your projects can show them what you can do.

As part of your learning journey, work on practical projects that help you apply your skills and start building a portfolio of work that you can discuss during interviews and career conversations.

Your skills deserve to be seen.
