CADD Centre – Conceptile School, Chhattarpur is a professional training and skill-development centre helping students, graduates, working professionals and aspiring designers build industry-relevant skills in CAD, BIM, architecture, engineering and 3D visualisation.
We offer practical, career-focused training across tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, BIM and related design applications, with an emphasis on hands-on learning and real-world project application.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by giving learners technical skills, practical exposure and confidence. Learning software is only the beginning: learners apply these tools through design, documentation and portfolio projects.
Our Story & Leadership
Suparna Das was the entrepreneur behind Conceptile School, with a clear vision — to help students gain practical skills, grow in confidence and take their first step towards a career.
Her vision was supported by her father, Dr. Debendra Kumar Das, whom we respectfully and lovingly call “Founder Sir.” A retired Professor of Economics at B.R.A. Bihar University and regarded by generations of students as one of its most respected and loved teachers, Dr. Debendra Kumar Das has spent much of his life connected to education and academia, helping him deeply understand Suparna’s vision and support her in turning that dream into reality.
Suparna served as Co-Founder & Centre Head, putting students at the heart of everything we do. Following her passing on 11 August 2026, we continue to honour her as our Centre Head and guiding light. Her vision, values and promise to students remain at the heart of the centre and will continue to guide us.
Today, Rohit Gupta and Sudipta Dutt are acting as Managing Directors on behalf of Suparna Das. Together, they are committed to carrying forward her vision — helping students learn, grow and take their first step towards a career.

Founder Sir
Known across our centre with great respect and affection as “Founder Sir”, Dr. Debendra Kumar Das is the founder of Conceptile School and the person who helped turn Suparna's vision into reality. He believed in his daughter's entrepreneurial vision and invested in establishing the centre, creating the foundation for the work we continue today and is our greatest cheerleader.
Co-Founder & Centre Head
Suparna was the entrepreneur behind Conceptile School and its Co-Founder & Centre Head. She built the centre around a simple belief — that students should not just learn software, but develop practical skills, confidence and a pathway towards their first job. Although she passed away on 11 August 2026, we continue to honour Suparna as our Centre Head and guiding light. Her vision and promise to students will continue to shape the centre for as long as its journey continues.
Managing Directors
Rohit Gupta and Sudipta Dutt are now acting as Managing Directors on behalf of Suparna Das. Together, they are committed to carrying forward Suparna's vision and ensuring that her promise to students remains at the centre of the business — helping students learn, grow, build practical skills and get their first job.
Head Counsellor
Ritu helps students and parents understand their options and choose courses that align with their interests, education and career goals. She supports students from their first conversation with the centre, helping them begin their learning journey with clarity and confidence till the placement journey.
Training & HR Head
Ahmed supports training and HR at the centre, helping create an environment where students can develop both technical and professional skills. His role connects classroom learning with workplace expectations, helping students prepare for their next step after completing their training.

At CADD Centre Chhattarpur, we bring together a mix of permanent, visiting and online faculty so students can access the right technical expertise across different courses and specialisations.
Our trainers cover a broad range of industry-relevant software and disciplines, including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, SolidWorks, GD&T, STAAD Pro, Navisworks, BIM workflows and project management tools.
